We’ve used abrasion-resistant Coconut Active Carbon in the upper for natural breathability, 4mm EVA in the midsole for plating protection, and we’ve added a lightly cleated 4mm Vibram® performance rubber outsole for extra traction on a variety of terrain.

This Vibram Five Finger TrekSport is a trail-specific version of the original barefoot shoes. The VFF TrekSport has a a sole that is more traction specific with a tiny bit of cushioning.

What size is right for you:

Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. Vibram FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type. To achieve the best fitting results for the particular style you are interested in, we recommend you follow the sizing chart and instructions here.

With the single strap fully open, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket — it’s often best to start with your big toe and work down to the little toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place. Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.

VFF KSO TREK 2

AFTER each toe is in place, pull up the heel cup and nestle your own heel into the FiveFingers heel cup. It’s important to get your heel firmly seated in the heel cup.

Pull the single strap closure across your instep and secure. Make sure the strap lies flat as it wraps around the foot. Wiggle your toes and adjust the strap to find your ideal comfort.
